All service issues should be reported by calling our office (270) 726-2466. We are fully staffed during our normal working hours (7:30a.m. – 4:00p.m.) Monday-Friday. After hours, weekends, and holidays there is a serviceman on call to handle any service issues.
Calls after hours, weekends, and holidays will be directed to an automated answering service which will notify our technician on call. When instructed please provide your name, the nature of your service problem, and a phone number you can be reached at. Most service issues can be handled remotely without coming to your place of service. Therefore, a call back phone number is very important. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely the technician will call and try to resolve the issue over the phone.
